Sybil Marie Greenhalgh Fisher Kay, age 82, passed away Dec. 13, 2000, in Payson, Utah.
She was born Feb. 7, 1918, in Eureka, Utah, to Ervin Dean and Ellen Marie Beck Greenhalgh. She was raised in Eureka. When she was sixteen she married Fred Richard Fisher. He passed away in 1961. They lived in Goshen and raised 4 children. She married Jim Kay Aug. 12, 1962, and moved to Mona, Utah. He passed away in 1997.
She is survived by a son, Richard Dean (Maggie) Fisher of Puyallup, Washington; a daughter, Patrica V. (Gordon) Newton of Mona; eight grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Louis Fred Fisher; a daughter, Marie Fisher; a brother, Ervin Greenhalgh; and a sister, Meryl Kopesic.
Funeral service were held Dec. 16, 2000, in the Mona LDS Chapel. Burial in the Mona Cemetery.
