James Madison Stephens Succumbs in Bellflower,CA. where he lived for twelve years. He was formerly a resident of Pasadena,CA. He lived in Pasadena for many years before moving to Bellflower twelve years ago. Mr.Stephens who was a native of Gomer, Allen County,Ohio. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Etta Walker, Mrs. Nell Duckworth and Mrs. John Gabreilson and one son Mr. Albert Brashear Stephens. Burial will be in the Mountain View Cemetery, Pasadena,CA.

The bearer Mr. James M. Stephens has been employed in the Steam Engineering Department of this company for a period of twenty-seven years. During this time he has had charge of the most important engines in the plant and his services were satisfactory in all respects.
