He is survived by his parents, Tim S. Bolton and Kelly M. (Randy) White; three brothers, Kyle, Stephen, and Hayden; and grandparents, Hershel and Velma Bolton, Richard and Candy Sebree, and Paul Miller. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2006 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 5.
