HANNIBAL, Mo. -- Dorothy L. Albright, 70, of 1848 Crescent, died at 1:37 a.m. Thursday (Jan. 14, 1993) in Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Born Feb. 22, 1922, Mrs. Albright was a daughter of William R. and Sadie Cornelius Cook. She married John S. "Jack" Albright Nov. 18, 1944, in Livermore, Calif. He survives.
Mrs. Albright had worked as a clerk at Super X drug store in Hannibal. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hannibal.
Survivors also include a son, William of Hannibal; two daughters, Jackie VanHoose of Hannibal, and Johnna Carr of Monroe City; a brother, Charles Cook of Charlotte, Mich.; a sister, Margaret Morley Duhr of New London; and six grandchildren.
Mrs. Albright was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Missy Cable.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in the O'Donnell Funeral Home by the Rev. William Miller. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery at Palmyra. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 tonight in the funeral home in Hannibal.
Memorials may be made to Hannibal Hospice.
