A joint funeral Mass for Mr. and Mrs. Miles George Miley, of Route 2, Sheboygan Falls, will be offered at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Rose Catholic Church, Town of Lima. Rev. Eugene Winkler, pastor, will be celebrant. Mass will be preceded by family rites at Huehns Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mr. Miley, 77, died today at St Nicholas Hospital, following surgery on Thursday. Mrs. Miley, 80, died on Thursday in We Care Nursing Home where she had been a patient for six weeks. Mr. Miley was born April 23, 1901 in the Town of Lima, a son of George and Crescentia Groeneveldt Miley. He married Clara Hemsing on Oct. 27, 1925 in the Town of Wilson. The couple farmed in the Town of Lima from 1930 until their retirement in 1971. Mr. Miley was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in the Town of Lima and its Holy Name Society. He served as sexton of the church cemetery for many years. The couple is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Arnold (Corinne) Olson of Frankfort, Ind.; two sons, Richard of the Town of Lima and George of Menomonee Falls; 14 grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. Mr. Miley was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
