Mrs. Lucy Ruth Duncan, aged 26 years, 3 months, and 5 days, passed away this morning at a local hospital at nine thirty o'clock after a month's illness.
Born March 13, 1917 at Edge, Mrs. Duncan has been a resident of the Edge Community all of her life. Funeral services will be held at the Church of Christ on Saturday afternoon at four o'clock with Rev. R.B. Sweet, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be made at New Church Cemetery with arrangements by the Hillier Funeral Home.
Beside her husband, Buel Duncan, she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Frame of Edge, and one sister, Miss Mary Belle Frame. Mr. and Mrs. Duncan lost their infant son May 23rd of this year.
