Alvin "Jack" Oelke, 83, passed away April 9, 1998. He was born Oct. 20, 1914 in Pierce, NE, and had been a long time resident of Puyallup. He was a member of the Puyallup Eagles Lodge and the Teamsters Local of Tacoma. He was a loving companion, father, grandfather, and brother who will be greatly missed. He is survived by Eugenia; children Jody Folk and Madeline Misner, both of Puyallup, and Jack Oelke of NC; sisters Marion and Lauretta, both of NE, and Cleota of CA; 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services Saturday, April 11, 1998 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home in Puyallup.
