Miss Maude Alice Kem, 32, daughter of Tennis Kem, died at the family home, 2213 South Gharkey Street at 3:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon. The deceased had been in failing health for some time. She came to this city with her father from Randolph County about five years ago. The mother of the deceased died at about the time the family moved here. Mr. Kem was in Winchester yesterday when death took his daughter away. He was notified and came home last evening.
The deceased is survived by the father, four sisters, and two brothers.
Services will be held from the Eighth Street Christian Church at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning. Interment will be made in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
