Mrs. Elsie Vik
DALLAS (Special)- Mrs. Elsie T. Vik, 83, of Dallas, died Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Rice Lake. The former Elsie Stoa, she was born in the Town of Dallas on July 9, 1886, and made her home in the Dallas area all her life. She married John Vik on Sept. 21, 1905.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. today at the Pallas Lutheran Church with the Rev. C.K. Malmin officiating. Burial will be in the Dallas Cemetery.
She is survived by one son, Osmund, Chetek; four daughters, Mrs. Willie Anderson, Dallas, Mrs. Carl Halverson, Chetek, Mrs. Ben Amundson, Hillsdale, and Mrs. Harold Holman, Colfax; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the church an hour before the service. The Miller Funeral Home in Dallas was in charge of arrangements.
