SOUTH BEND - Kimberly Lisa Day Baron, 45, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2010, in Memorial Hospital of South Bend.
Kimberly was born March 29, 1965, in South Bend, Indiana, to the late John and Frances (Sexton) Day. She was employed as a CNA with several nursing homes and was a team captain with Merry Maids.
On August 26, 2010, Kimberly married Earl Baron, who survives. Also surviving are her children, Steven McClanahan of Mobile, Alabama, Amanda McClanahan of South Bend, Indiana, Thomas (Aileen Bellare) McClanahan of Jacksonville, North Carolina; and brothers and sisters, Michael (Joan) Day of Espanda, New Mexico, Danny Day of Fermandina, Florida, Larry (Barb) Day of Millsboro, Kentucky, Dixie (Roy) Swigart of South Bend, Indiana, Sherry Day of South Bend, Indiana, John (Shawn) Day of Mishawaka, Indiana, Cindy (Brian) Kmitta of South Bend, Indiana, and Gale (Toby) Koons of South Bend, Indiana.
Kimberly was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in South Bend, Indiana, and graduated from LaSalle High School in 1984. Earl and her children were the love of her life.
