Louis D. DeCicco, 77, of 4950 Westbrook Hills Drive, Syracuse , died Saturday at Rosewood Heights. He was a life resident of Syracuse. Mr. DeCicco was a communicant of Assumption Church. He worked for Conrail for 40 years before retiring in 1979. He was a member of the Transportation and Communication Workers of America and a former member of the Holy Name Society at Holy Trinity Church. He was an avid baseball fan and attended many Syracuse Chiefs games. Surviving are a son, P. Joseph of Syracuse; a brother, Joseph of Liverpool; four sisters, Louise Onynx of Syracuse, Carol Scott of Middletown, Mary Smith of Texas and Florence Stefanelli of Tampa, Fla.; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Pirro & Sons Funeral Home, 514 Turtle St., and 10:30 a.m. at Assumption Church. The family will greet friends at the church after the service. Burial is in Woodlawn Mausoleum. There are no calling hours.
