ADDISON — Mrs. Clark Baxter died at her home here Wednesday at 3:45 p. m., following several shocks, the first on Sunday, October 8.
Mrs. Baxter, whose maiden name was Cora Watkins, was born in Pennsylvania, April 10, 1869, a daughter of the late David Watkins and Lydia (Faulkner) Watkins who is the present Mrs. Bert Harry of Addison.
When a young girl, she came to Addison to reside and had lived here practically ever since. She was married 51 years ago to William Wombough of Addison who died here in 1919. Her second marriage to Clark Baxter of Addison was solemnized in 1933.
Besides her husband, Clark Baxter, Mrs. Baxter is survived by her mother, Mrs. Bert Harry, who has passed her 85th birthday and was the eldest of the five generation; one daughter, Mrs. E. W. Andrus of Gillett, Pa., nee Miss Nettie Wombough of Addison; three granddaughters, Mrs. E. L. Juckett and Mrs. William Sammons of Ithaca and Mrs. M. Yeomans of Elmira; and nine great grandchildren.
