Bonnie F. "Grandma George" George, 87, of Pocola, OK, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010.
She was born July 8, 1923 in Coal Creek, OK to the late Elmer C. and Winnie Moser.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pocola, OK.
She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel L. George, son Samuel "Buddy" George and two daughters Sheila George and Margaret Moser.
Funeral service was 11:00 AM Saturday, September 11, 2010, at the First United Methodist Church in Pocola, OK with Rev. Darrin McCarty officiating.
Interment was at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
She is survived by one daughter Sharolett Freitas of Pocola, OK, three grandsons and six great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Derek Godfrey, Roger Rose, Ray Votaw, Dean Pridgen, Andy Jones, and Mike Bryant.
