Obituary: Mrs. Nellie Hickok Birchard, 78, died Sunday evening at her home. She is survived by her husband, William E. Blrchard, Montrose, a daughter, Mrs. Hazel Mears, RD1 Catawissa, Pa.; a brother, Earl Hickok, Franklin Forks, Pa. Funeral services were be held Wednesday at 11 a. m. at the Bowen Funeral Home, 74 Church St., Montrose. The Rev. Fred Hlckok, pastor of Petersburg Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in Franklin Forks Cemetery.
