Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Glendale Cemetery.
Mrs. Caldwell had lived in Des Moines all her life and recently retired from the city as a computer operator. She was currently employed by Fisery. She was a member of Municipal Employer Associates Des Moines City Union.
Survivors include a son, Jamie, and a daughter, Cindy Wieland, both of Des Moines; five brothers, Terry Whitney of Guthrie Center and Charles "Tom" Whitney, Ron Whitney, Russ Whitney and Mike Whitney, aoo of Des Moines; two sisters, Vickey Whitney and Debbie Nanthanorath, both of Des Moines; and four grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4:30 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton's Funeral Home on Lyon Street. Memorial contributions may be made to East High School.
