VERA BRODGEN WOLF GIERKE--94: Harbor-creek & formerly of NorthEast, died Saturday [11-28] at Ball Pavilion Nursing Home at Brev-illier Village Housing & Health Care Community. She was born 24 Sep 1904 in McKean, a dau of Joseph & Delma Sponsler Brogden. She lived in NorthEast, except for a 7 year period, when she lived in Bradford. MrsGierke was a member of the Rebecca Lodge-NorthEast & she enjoy-ed bowling. She was a member of the OES-61, Bradford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 husbands: Harold Wolf & Clayton Gierke.
Survivors include her dau: Ethel (sp-Frederick) Gartner-NorthEast; 2 sis: Margaret Harrington & Ethel Wolf Smith-both of Erie; a grandson: Russell (sp-Janet) Gartner-Woodbridge VA & 2 gr-granddaughters.
