Passed away at The Arlington Hospital. She resided in Falls Church, Virginia. "Miss Annie" was the widow of the late Jesse J. Deskins, Sr. Mother of nine children including: Louise B. Deskins, Carroll L. Deskins, Virginia D. Harris, Jesse J. Deskins, Jr., Mildred D. Dobson and Charles Deskins. Also surviving is one foster son, George Sutton; 25 grandchildren; seven great grand children; two sisters, Julia Shepard and Mildred Luttrell; two sisters-in-law; several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Friends were received at The Second Baptist Church, 6626 Costner Drive, Falls Church, Virginia on Thursday and until time of funeral at on Friday. Rev. James E. Browne, officiating.
