Danny LaVerne Oney age 61, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Saturday morning, September 11, 2010, at the Golden Living Mt. Holly Nursing Home in Louisville, Kentucky.

Mr. Oney was born July 23, 1949, in Warren, Ohio, a son of the late Henry Lee and Mary Elizabeth Binion.

Mr. Oney served his country in the United States Army.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Oney and Richard Oney.

Danny is survived by two sons, Christopher Oney and Danny Oney both of Texas, two daughters, Yvonne and Sandra both of Texas, three brothers, John Oney of Lansing, Michigan, Tom Oney of Dalton Georgia, Teddy Lacy of Louisville, Kentucky, one sister, Deborah Oney Pritchard of Cape Coral, Florida. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly mourn his passing.

Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2010, at the Limestone Cemetery on Ky 174 in Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother David Rayburn officiating.

There is no Visitation.
