Chas. B. Neely, age 49, 232 W. Twelfth, passed away at a local hospital Saturday. Survived by wife; one daughter, Miss Margaret Neely; two sisters, Mrs. Louis McPhate, Los Angeles, Cal.; Mrs. A. W. Dean, Pulaski, Tenn. Services 10 a.m. Monday from the chapel of Lamar & Smith, the Rev. Thomas F. Gallaher, officiating. Interment Oak Cliff Cemetery.
