Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at three o'clock for John Thomas McBride, well known local resident, who died Monday morning at 12:30 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W.F. Landers, 143 Sixth avenue, west.
Services will be conducted by Rev. C.C. Davison, pastor of the Decatur Baptist church, from the residence, and interment will be made in City cemetery, Brown directing. Pallbearers will be: J.C. White, W.E. Roper, James Johnson, John Howell, A.T. Hanson and F.H. Pointer.
The deceased is survived by two sons, Henry McBride and Homer McBride, and one daughter, Mrs. W.F. Landers. Mr. McBride was stricken with paralysis on February 28 at the home of his daughter.
