Rose T. Mazzoni, 95, of Hamilton Township, NJ, formerly of Altoona, died Fri., Sept. 10, 2010, at home. She was born in Krebs, Okla., daughter of Paolo & Madalena Ramazzotti. She spent most of her childhood and part of her adulthood in Altoona. For the past 60 years, she has resided in Hamilton Township. She married Americo J. Mazzoni, who predeceased her. Survived by son, Michael D. Mazzoni, and daughter in-law, Mary Brennan, Chesterfield, NJ; 4 grandchildren: Robert, Rudolph, Siobhan and Bridget; 3 sisters in-law: Edith Natter, Levia Martinetti and Marianne Mazzoni; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son, Robert V. Mazzoni; and 5 siblings: Ruth Columbia, Ethel Ramazzotti, Rudolph Ramazzotti, R. Paul Ramazzotti and Robert Ramazzotti. Mrs. Mazzoni was employed as a head clerk by the Superior Court of New Jersey. Upon retirement, she attended and graduated from Mercer County Community College in 1982 with an associate degree of arts. She was a member of the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony Parish and the Trenton Artist Workshop Assn. Rose's lifelong hobbies and interests included painting; cooking Italian food; sewing; travel and being in the company of family and friends. No formal calling hours. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11a.m. Tues., Sept. 14, 2010, at the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony, 3816 E. State St. Ext., Hamilton, NJ. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
