"Mr. Anderson, who was 87, died Monday at Kaiser Hospital in San Rafael. He was born in Paradise, Butte County, and moved to Marin in 1927. For 36 years he worked as a heavy line foreman for PG&E. Mr. Anderson was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Larkspur.
"He is survived by his wife, Elsie C. Anderson of San Rafael; three daughters (sic), Pauline Horst of Santa Rosa and Garland R. Anderson and Marita L. Jackson, both of Sebastopol; a brother (sic), Erma Campbell of Sonoma; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Burial will be Friday at the Chico Cemetery.
"Memorial gifts are preferred to the Marin unit of the American Heart Association."
