Emil was a farmer and he worked with his hands up until last year.He was a decendent of Austrian grandparents,he spoke three languages:English,German and Czech.
A simple,godly man,Emil made church and prayer a major part of his life.He lived a full life,working hard,spent time with God and his family,and always had time for a few good laughs.
Funeral services were held for Emil Gilbert Slubar,97,Wednesday February 13,2002 at St.Michael's Catholic Church in Weimar.
