A member of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Collier Twp., he also attended the St. Coleman Parish in Farmington Hills, MI. He was a retired Supervisor of Maintenance at the former Duquesne Brewery with 42 years of service and was an honorary life member of the Mt. Oliver Volunteer Fire Company.
He was survived by sons John T. (wife Diana) Ehland of West Bloomfield, MI, Thomas Bailey of West Newton, daughters Geraldine Morwitz of Penn Hills, Loretta (husband Tony) Juliano of North Huntingdon, Rita (husband Nick) Vacarello of Butler; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother Henry R. Ehland who died November 11, 2002.
