Mr. Anderson was born Jan, 25, 1908, in Kingsport, Tenn., a son of James and Elizabeth Hickman Anderson. He married Flossie Smith Feb 23, 1925, in Church Hill, Tenn. She died Oct. 4, 1976. He married Velda Haner Jones Apr, 8, 1977, in Bloomington. She survives.

Also surviving are five sons, Freddie Lee, Streator; Clifford Allen, 64 Brookshire Green, Bloomington; Lloyd Verne, John William and Stephen Dale, all of Lexington; a daughter Viola M. Freed, Lexington; two stepsons, Jerome Jones, Chenoa, and Jake Jones, Green Valley; two step daughters, Margene Hurst, Colfax, and Mildred Jones, Bloomington; one brother, William D., 901 E Empire, Bloomington; one sister, Marjorie Brown, Lexington; 32 grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren, 10 step grandchildren; and 10 step great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, two daughters, three sister and one great-granddaughter.

Albert died at 10:40 pm Saturday April 17, at Lexington House Health Care. Rev . Wayne Steury officiated.

He was a member of Pleasant Hill Wesleyan Church of Lexington.

He was owner and operator of Anderson Trucking in Lexington.
