Gladys A. Faulkingham, Canandaigua native, died Saturday (Dec. 21) of pneumonia in Orlando, Fla. She was 87. Mrs. Faulkingham, widow of Frank Faulkingham, was born Oct. 3, in Canandaigua, the daughter of James Patrick and Albertina Frei Cornell. She was retired from L.C. Smith and Corona Typewriter Co., Syracuse, NY. She moved to Florida from Groton, NY in 1962. Surviving are two daughters Catherine (Smith) Hall of Palm Springs, Fla. and Elizabeth (Smith) Brick of Orlando, Fla.; a brother, James D. Cornell of Orlando., Fla.; a sister, Madeline Kastel of Belleville, IL; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. Arrangements were made by the Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Forest City, Fla.
