Based on census records, it appears she died between 1830-1840, Onondaga Co.
From K. Moore, descendant of Mary:
"Mary's grandson {John S. Stanton} is buried in the midst of young cousins, all lined up by death dates. There is a large area where stones are missing, and Mary's death would have followed this timeline. If Nehemiah Stanton put his young son there, he likely put his mother there, too, since she lived with Nehemiah. The rest of the close family members moved west, so there are no other cemeteries in the area with immediate family."
