Mary Margaret Fry, 71, of 1201 Menor died Oct. 4 in William Newton Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 12, 1907, in Winfield to W. C. and Nancy Margaret McCardwell. She married Robert J. Fry July 10, 1926. He died March 25, 1956. Mrs. Fry was a seamstress before retiring in May, 1972, and she was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Wayne Rush and Mrs. Gerald Ehmke, both of Winfield, Mrs. Millard Patrick of Arcadia, Calif.; one brother, Howard Colby McCardwell of Winfield; four grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Swisher-Taylor and Morris Chapel. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
