was born on October 17, 2009, in Leslie County, Kentucky, the son of the late Henry and Sudie Bowling Collins. He is survived by his wife, Alene Hoskins Collins of London, two daughters: Alice Lee Barker and Saundra Pauline McLemore, both of Ohio, three sons: Hershel Collins, John Collins and Douglas Collins, all of Ohio, three sisters: Gracie Couch of Hyden, Zilphie Jones and Cora Asher, both of Ohio, eleven grandchildren, plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn his passing.
He was a retired construction worker and was of the Holiness faith.
Raymond Collins departed this life at St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County, in LaFollette, Tennessee, on Monday, October 19, 2009.
Services conducted by Jerry Hollin and Larry Caldwell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations toward the funeral expenses.
