Graveside services for Clarence Henry Downing, 45, of Antlers, were held Friday, April 2, 1993 at 2:00 p.m. at the Antlers City Cemetery. Mr. Downing was born February 14, 1948 in Little Rock, Arkansas and died March 30, 1993 in Pushmataha Hospital. He was a mechanic by trade.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Bobbie Jo of the home; one daughter, Paula Downing; two brothers, Jimmy and Michael Downing; and five sisters, Joyce Downing, Betty Grant, Linda Brazil, Ruth Downing, and Edith Downing.
Pallbearers included Ricky Dillishaw, Cecil Hicks, Jerry Junior Scott, James Riley, Melvin Richey, and Troy Vipperman. Honorary Pallbearers were Leroy Riley, Tracy Jones, and Art Saffel. Rev. Andy Reed officiated the ceremonies and arrangements were made by Mills and Coffey Funeral Services of Antlers.
