Ruth Clara Minter, 91, cherished mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was loved by all, answered the call from her Lord and Savior on Monday, Sept. 20, 2010, surrounded by love ones and friends at a local care center. Graveside service: Private in Nelson Cemetery, Reno. Ruth was born March 11, 1919. She owned and operated the Futuristic Beauty Salon in Fort Worth for over 28 years. She was an accomplished painter in oils, especially bluebonnets. She was a devoted member of Worth Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Guy Cruse and Lee Minter. Survivors: Son, Chuck Barnett and wife, Beckie, of Bedford; grandchildren, Sherry Hogg and fiance, Leonard Sweet, of Benbrook, Nicklaus Barnett of Dallas and Meredith Barnett of Bedford; great-grandsons, Brandon and Riley Hogg of Benbrook; and niece, Laura Mae Strickland of Earp, Calif.
