Mary Hazel Bailey, 71, of 1527 Larchmont Ave., Louisville, KY, died October 10, 1988, at Jewish Hospital.
Funeral services were held October 13 at 10 a.m. at O. D. White &Sons Funeral Home. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
Mrs. Bailey was the daughter of the late Robert Bailey and Mary Whitt Bailey. She was a member of Chapel Park Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Bailey, one son, Bobby Bailey and one daughter, Paula Williams, all of Louisville, KY; three sisters Jewell Mills of Decatur, AL, Macel Bridges of Sheperdsville, KY, and Merle Hodges of Ardmore, TN; one brother Edward Bailey of Huntsville, AL; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
