Lucinda was the daughter of Jeremiah and Polly (Bailey) Jameson of Lincoln, Maine. She was the first wife of Erastus Adams Jr. They were married 10 Oct 1827 in Lincoln Maine. He had 3 other wives after her death. They where, Octavia Cushman, Mahala Doble, and Sylvinia Whitney. It is believed that Lucinda died in childbirth with her third child. She is buried here in the same cemetery close to her husband and his other wives.
