Five-month-old infant found dead
Anthony David Adams, five months, was found dead in the crib at his home on Decatur Route 2 at 6:30 a.m. today. Death was due to accidental suffocation.
The infant was born in Decatur Feb. 19, the son of David and Ann Kruetzman-Adams.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a sister, Amy Jo, at home; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Loren Kruetzman of Decatur Route 2; the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Robert Ehrsam of Decatur; the paternal grandfather, Chester Adams of Sturgis, Mich.; the maternal great-grandmothers, Mrs. William Kruetzman of Decatur Route 2, and Mrs. A.C. Stoppenhagen of Decatur Route 1; and the paternal great-grandfather, Manley P. Irwin of Decatur.
Funeral rites will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Zwick Funeral Home, with Dr. Merideth Sprunger officiating. Burial will be in the Salem United Church of Christ Cemetery at Magley. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday until time of the services.
