MRS. CHRISTINA LEIS


SPENCERVILLE, March 3 - Mrs. Christina Leis, 69, wife of George Leis, died at her home in Spencerville Tuesday at 2 p.m. of complications of diseases.


Surviving are her husband, one daughter, Mrs. H. H. Knatz, of Fort Wayne; five sons, William and Otto Kruetzman, both of Decatur, Ind.; Victor Kruetzman of Flint, Mich.; Arthur Kruetzman of Alleman, Iowa; Walter Kruetzman of Craigville, Ind.; six step-children, Mrs. Carl Rhoda of Lima, Mrs. Albert Lauer, Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. Don Wilson, Carl Leis, all of Spencerville; Leonard Leis, Calvin Leis, both of Long Beach, Calif.; one half-brother, Christian Bisser (Beisser) of Germany.


Funeral services will be held at the residence in Spencerville Friday at 12:30 p.m. followed by services Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Magley church near Decatur. The Rev. R. J. Schroer will officiate. Burial will be in the Magley cemetery. C. B. Miller and Son funeral home in charge of funeral.
