Mrs. E. T. Morgan (Alice)
Jan 4, in Placerville, Wed. night Jan 2, 1889 of cerebral spinal meningitis,
Mrs. E. T. Morgan aged 28 yrs. old.
Mrs. Morgan was born at Fort Des Moines, Iowa. She was married in 1875 and with
her husband and family has been a resident of this county since 1876. Besides a
husband and six children she leaves a sister and three brothers at Jerusalem to
mourn her loss. Her sister is Mrs. H.W. Smith and her brothers are James and
John Fenton, old residents of this county and another brother who arrived here
sometime last year. Mrs. Morgan had many friends throughout the county who will
be pained to learn of her death. The funeral will take place at Placerville at
three o'clock.

Morgan born Jan.30,1882 in Horseshoe Bend, Id. died Nov.26,1907 in Boise, Idaho, and my great grandmother, Laura Morgan Wetmore, born in Horseshoe Bend, Boise Co. Idaho on August 22,1884, and died Aug.28,1920 in North Bend, Oregon and is buried in the Pioneer Section of Sunset Memorial Park, Coos Bay, Oregon.There were 6 children all together, and I have the names and dates of all of them. I would especially like my great grandmother to be included on this page of her mother.
