PATRICIA ADELE RIGGINS Patricia, age 57, was born on March 3, 1950, in Fresno, California and passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2007. She was a loyal employee of the IRS in Fresno for 35 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was happiest when surrounded by her family and friends. She will be greatly missed. Patricia is survived by her two sons, David and Daniel Riggins; sister Adrian; brothers, Phillip Sr., Johnny, Michael and Lester Riggins; five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 1550 E. Florence Avenue in Fresno on Friday, May 11, 2007, at 1:00 p.m.
