John Wesley ,started working early for his father who started the Home Telephone Co. stringing line across Tennessee and Kentucky. His brother Robert was in the Telephone business all his life as well as their father.
John Wesley settled in California and worked on the oil rigs
They never stayed any place very long when they were young.
He had three brothers and two sisters
John eloped with Louise Baker of Baker Chocolate fame . When her father found out, they ran them down and had the marriage annulled.
John married Emma Cordia Garmon and to this marriage were born the following children:
Joseph Baker Wolfe
William D. (Bill) Wolfe
Robert S.(proubly Sullivan) Wolfe
