Funeral of Elwood Lacey
The body of Elwood Lacey, son of E.H. Lacey formerly of Akron, Kansas but now of Corbin, Kansas is due to arrive in this city tonight.
The interment will take place at the Akron cemetery Sunday at 3 p.m. leaving Kyger's undertaking parlors at 2 p.m.
Elwood was one of the boys selected by the U.S. to help win Liberty for the world.
He had been in the service since last June, dying in training camp at San Francisco last Sunday a.m.
He was the grandson of J.S. Savage of this city.
