Alfred Bailey Driggs was my great grandfather. His parents were Benjamin Ruggles Driggs (1806-1893)and Margaret (Harrison) Driggs (1813-18930) His siblings were Mary Elizabeth Driggs (1834-1914; Ezra Harrison Driggs (1836-1922); Ann Mariah Driggs (1837-1896); William Benson Driggs (1840-1862); John Allen Driggs (1843-1920); Sarah Clara Driggs (1849-1911); and Benjamin Ruggles Driggs (1851 - ?).

Alfred married Sarah Isabelle (Hopton). Their children were Lena Estella Driggs (1880-1881); Lulu Mae Driggs (1882-1978); Mary Eva Driggs (1887-1946); and Hubert Harrison Driggs (1889-1974).

Although Alfred and Sarah lived in Barnesville, Belmont, Ohio, he died at his daughter Lulu's home in Wheeling, Ohio, WV.

He was buried in Barnesville, Belmont, Ohio in Northern Cemetery, on 1 tombstone with his wife Sarah. Northern Cemetery may be called Barnesville Cemetery today.
