born in 1951 and profoundly handicapped. Born with spinal bifida, cerebral palsy, and retarded. Dolly Ann and Raymond (her husband) spent their entire lives taking care of her until she died at the age of 30+. I remember the 3 of them very well and I always took a special interest in Kathy because she was so sweet.
