At age 47, she then married John Addison Parker and they had one son together. Her second husband John Addison passed away on February 28, 1918, at the age of 71. They had been married 16 years.She died on January 25, 1931, at the home of her daughter Amanda "Maude" Bridges in Monticello, Mississippi, at the age of 75, and was buried in Lincoln County, Mississippi.∼Rhoda married Mr. Parker after her husband James Ezekiel Hawes passed away.
