Funeral services for Raymond L. "Wolfman" Tinney, 67, of Gore, Oklahoma were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Donald D. Niblett officiating. Mr. Tinney was born Oct. 8, 1931, in Okmulgee County, to Lonzo and Myrtle (Teague) Tinney. He died Monday, July 19, 1999, in Gore. He married June Lack July 26, 1981, in Poteau. Survivors at the time of his passing included his wife, June of the home; several children, step-children and grandchildren; one sister, Pauline; and one aunt, Ruth. Cremation and arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
