Alonzo A. Banks, 87,Rt. 7 Newark, died at 11:30 am Thursday in a Centerburg nursing home. Mr. Banks was born October 13, 1879 in Mary Ann Township to Abram (Abraham) V. and Sophia (Hitchcock) Banks. He was a member of the Rocky Fork Church of Christ. He is survives by a stepson and nieces and nephews. His wife Anna Banks died in 1955. Services will be 2 pm Saturday in the Rocky Fork Church of Christ with Rev. John Dudgeon officiating. Burial will be in the Rocky Fork Cemetery.
