PILOT MOUNTAIN - Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Warlick Jackson "Liz", loving wife, mother & grandmother, age 64, of Pilot Mountain died Sunday, October 3, 2010 at her home. She was born June 4, 1946 in Cleveland County to Mary "Sweetie" Elizabeth Gault Warlick & the late Forrest Warlick. Mrs. Jackson was a retired nurse and a member of Westfield Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Joe A. Jackson of the home; daughter: Second Lieutenant Heather Jackson; El Paso, TX; twins: Andrew Jackson; Pilot Mountain, NC & Drs. Hope & husband Josh Foster; Mobile, AL; grandson: Mathew Foster; mother; Mary "Sweetie" Elizabeth Gault Warlick; Shelby, NC; sister & brother-in-law: Jane & husband Gary Griffin; Rutherfordton, NC; half-sister: Peg Anderson; Vienna, VA; brothers & sisters-in-law: Robert & wife Laurel Warlick; Rutherfordton, NC & Phillip & wife Barbara Warlick; Raleigh, NC and several nieces & nephews. In addition to her father, Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her half-brother, Jim Warlick & father-in-law: Vester Franklin Jackson. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Westfield Baptist Church, conducted by Dr. Joel Stephens, Rev. Charles Howell, & Rev. Reece Kiser with interment to follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at Westfield Baptist Church from 12:30 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 401 Technology Lane, Suite 200, Mount Airy, NC 27030 or to Westfield Baptist Church, 6713 Westfield Road, Westfield, NC 27053.
