LAST RITES FOR MRS. BROUGHER TO BE HELD THURSDAY
Funeral services for Mrs. Grace Brougher, who died in Livingston Monday morning, will be conducted from the Methodist church in Clyde Park at 2:30 Thursday afternoon, with the Rev. James Hunter officiating.
Mrs. Brougher, a resident of Clyde Park since 1926, had been in failing health for some time. She was admitted to the hospital here several days ago.
She was born Grace Minnie Thompson in Owatonna, Minn., on February 8, 1867. She spent her early years in Minnesota and North Dakota, where she taught school prior to her marriage to Arthur Brougher at Wyndmere, N.D., Dec. 31, 1889.
The family moved to Montana in 1916, settling in Golden Valley county, where they lived for 10 years before coming to Clyde Park. Mrs. Brougher had lived in Clyde Park continuously since that time. Mr. Brougher preceded her in death two years ago.
Surviving are six children, Mrs. M.E. Jeffries of Great Falls, Mrs. Emil Bratz of Fort Benton, Mrs. Dudley Gilbert of Vancouver, Wash., Mrs. Edwin Hium of Clyde Park, Percy Brougher of Los Angeles and Floyd Brougher of Three Forks.
Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Pemberton funeral home.
