Dorothea Katherine Brown, 91, of Center Street, a resident since 1945, died Saturday at Halifax Medical Center, Daytona Beach.
Mrs. Brown came here from Newark, N.J., her birthplace. She was a member of the Ormond Beach Union Congregational Church and was a volunteer for the former Holly Hill Medical Center and for Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed arts and crafts.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Parks, Ormond Beach, and Dorothy Karrick, Port Orange; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. Woodward, Holly Hill, is in charge
