H.P. "Paddy" Burke Dies
H.P. "Paddy" Burke, 65, of Big Sandy, died at a Havre hospital at 1 a.m. Friday. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Monday, at the Catholic church in Big Sandy and interment will be in Big Sandy cemetery by the side of his wife who preceded him in death.
H.P. Burke came to Big Sandy 30 years ago, took up a homestead near that town, and had lived there ever since.
Surviving him are a stepson, W.J. Godfrey of Big Sandy, proprietor of the Wolverine Hotel; four nieces and a nephew.
