Moritz W. Kasper, 67, passed away at his home in Hilbert Thursday at 10:30 p. m. following a lingering illness.
Deceased was born September 23, 1873, in the town of Rantoul, Calumet county, the son of . Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Kasper. He was married to Miss Emma Berg on May 25, 1902, at Potter, and the couple resided in Brillion 7 years. They lived at Colby, Wis., for 28 years and four years ago moved to Hilbert where they have lived since.
Survivors are his wife; three sons, Harvey of Colby, Harold of Unity and Donald of Hilbert; three daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Florence) Miller of Colby, Dorothy of Hilbert and Mrs. Alfred (Myrtle) Lautenschlager of Hilbert; one brother, Adolph of Hilbert; six sisters, Mrs. Ida Behnke of Chicago, Mrs. D. Werner of Menasha, Mrs, John Schroeder of Waupaca, Mrs. August Voigt of Valders and Mrs. Richard Barr and Miss Nora Kasper of Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p. m. at the Eldridge Funeral home at Hilbert, the Rev. J. C. Rosenau of Potter officiating. Burial will be made in the Potter cemetery.
