William Earl Cole, 74, of 1070 Ninth Street, Waynesburg, formerly of Wayne Township, died at 9 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 1995, in Greene County Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 15, 1920, at Hoover's Run in Wayne Township, a son of William H. and Minnie Kiger Cole.
His first wife, Margaret Tustin Cole, died July 22, 1981.
Surviving are his second wife, Clarita Tustin Cole, whom he married August 3, 1982; one daughter, Mrs. Jack (Carol) Patterson of Plymouth, Mich.; two sons, Terry R. Cole of Pine Bank R.D.1 and John William Cole of Brave; five grandsons, Douglas and Michael Patterson and Shane, Dirk and Philip Cole; three great-granddaughters; one stepson, Paul Helsel of Frankforn, Ill.; two step-grandchildren, Gary and William Helsel; one sister, Mrs. Paul (Carmen) McNay of Waynesburg; and one brother, Ernest Cole of Harrisburg.
Deceased in addition to his first wife, are one infant child and one sister, Hilda Lindberg.
